Cranberry Apple Gelatin Mold

1 3-oz package mixed fruit, or raspberry flavored Jello

¾ cup boiling water

1 cup of tart apples, finely chopped

1 7-oz can cranberry sauce

1 tbsp grated orange rind

⅛ tsp salt

⅛ tsp cinnamon, dash of cloves

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add other ingredients and pour into a Jello mold or just a pretty glass dish. Chill 5 hours or longer.
