Hamburger / Dorito Casserole

1 lb ground beef (or chuck) cooked, well drained
1 small package Doritos (6 to 8 oz)
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 can Rotel (chilis and hot peppers)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery coup
1 can whole kernel corn, drain most of the juice
1 cup cheddar grated
1 tbsp cumin
Salt to taste
1 can green chili pepper - optional
Spray a 2 ½ qt baking dish with Pam. Put down a layer of Doritos, then ground beef. Mix all else together except cheese and pour on meat. Top with cheese and break a little more Doritos on top if you wish. Heat until all is mixed well and casserole has thickened up some. (I don’t use the extra chilis.)
