Spiced Pecans

2 cups pecans
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp ground clove
⅛ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tbsp water
Mix sugar, spices and water in pie dish. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Add nuts till well coated, cook again on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir again, cook for a final 2 minutes on high. Remove, let cool on dinner plate. When completely cool break apart. This is a delicious snack for the holidays or anytime for a “nutty” person. Store in closed container.
